At Voluxara, we are committed to delivering high-quality workshop experiences and educational services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed for our online workshops, courses, and related services.
Workshop and Course Refunds
Full Refund Eligibility
You may request a full refund under the following circumstances:
- Cancellation made more than 14 days before the scheduled workshop start date
- Workshop is cancelled by Voluxara due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances
- Technical issues on our platform prevent access to purchased content for more than 72 consecutive hours despite reasonable troubleshooting attempts
- Workshop content materially differs from the description provided at the time of purchase
Partial Refund Eligibility
A partial refund of 50% may be issued in the following situations:
- Cancellation made between 7 and 14 days before the scheduled workshop start date
- Request submitted within the first 25% of a multi-session workshop, provided no completion certificates have been issued
No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- Cancellation requests made less than 7 days before the workshop start date
- After attending more than 25% of scheduled workshop sessions
- After downloading course materials, certificates, or completing assessments
- Failure to attend scheduled sessions without prior notification
- Dissatisfaction with personal performance or outcomes
- Change of mind after the workshop has commenced
- Technical issues caused by the participant's internet connection, hardware, or software not meeting minimum system requirements
Subscription Services
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if cancellation is requested within 30 days of the initial purchase and less than 20% of available content has been accessed. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, though you may cancel to prevent auto-renewal for the following year.
Digital Products and Materials
Digital downloads, templates, workbooks, and other downloadable materials are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you experience technical difficulties preventing download, please contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase.
Transfer and Credit Options
Workshop Transfers
If you are unable to attend a scheduled workshop, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a future session of the same workshop, subject to availability, provided:
- The transfer request is made at least 7 days before the original workshop start date
- The alternative session occurs within 12 months of the original purchase date
- Only one transfer per enrollment is permitted
Account Credits
In lieu of a refund, participants may request account credit equal to the refundable amount. Credits can be applied to future workshop enrollments and remain valid for 18 months from the date of issue.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to contact@voluxara.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your full name, order number, and date of purchase
- Provide a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request
- Include any supporting documentation if applicable
Processing Timeline
Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days of receipt. You will receive email notification of the decision. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Special Circumstances
Medical or Emergency Situations
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. In cases of documented medical emergencies or other extraordinary situations, please contact our team directly. We will review such requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer alternative arrangements including extended access periods, postponements, or modified refund terms.
Group Enrollments and Corporate Bookings
Refund terms for group enrollments and corporate bookings are subject to the specific terms outlined in the applicable agreement or contract. Please refer to your contract documentation or contact our corporate services team for details.
Disputes and Appeals
If your refund request is denied and you wish to appeal the decision, you may submit additional information or clarification to contact@voluxara.com within 14 days of the initial decision. Appeals will be reviewed by senior management, and decisions on appeals are final.
Modifications to This Policy
Voluxara reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Refund requests will be evaluated according to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
